Terms and Conditions

All orders must be at the Chautauqua Dining Hall no later than two full business days before the concert by 5:00 p.m. Sorry, no exceptions. If order confirmation is needed, please call or e-mail by two business days before the concert. The catering department will accept pre-payment only with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Cancellations will not be taken after 1:00 p.m. the day prior to the concert. Unfortunately, the catering department makes no concessions for concert cancellations after that date. Pick up your order no later than 15 minutes before the concert at the Host Stand. In case of concert cancellation, you can pick up your dinner between 5:00 p.m and 6:00 p.m. Sorry, no substitutions for menu items.
